They cancelled my appointment because I didnt respond to the confirmation message that they DIDN'T send me. This is twice now. But gee, I got my reminder message. Will be finding a different clinic.

The dentist is the most unpleasant, unprofessional, person I've ever met. I had an infection in my teeth and my jaw was swollen up. Not to mention I was in alot of pain. She didn't even look at them or ask me any questions about my problems. All she said was "What do you want me to do?" I said "Give me antibiotics pull it out or something to take away the pain. She was waiting for me to say something about pain killers and when I did, she said "Oh that's what you want ". I was so embarrassed and a little pissed I just left. She thought I was an addict looking for pills. I am not an addict I just wanted the pain to go away. Stay away from her if you can!!

This isn’t the first time and most likely not the last time. Sea Mar failed to make contact with me to verify an appointment that had been set for over two months. I show up to my appointment and they cancelled the appointment and had the audacity to get an attitude with me knowing the appointment had been set months prior. Once again not a new behavior. The manager at Sea Mar I believe her name is Sandy. Was rude and unprofessional. She failed to ensure high quality customer care and support and I do not recommend her for any follow ups or rescheduling advancements. Her scheduling supervisor I believe her name is Stephanie is Milk Dud too. My appointment was at 11am got there at 10:55am and once again the canceled an appointment KNOWINGLY KNOWING THE APPONTMENT HAD BEEN AMDE MONTHS JN ADVANCE. I DO NOT Recommend this location for health needs. Definitely a thumbs down down. Stephanie is not a secured scheduler and I would accept not adopt her scheduling policies. She placed me in standby and threw me under the bus when I met my end of the deal. Go elsewhere. Suggestion Kong County. This location always has some type of issue going on. Oh by the way. I'm not really sure why this clinic is rated as it is. My experience was about as perfect as you can reasonably expect. I was called twice to confirm my appointment, there was no problem with me showing up 5 minutes late due to traffic, the receptionist and nurses were very kind and attentive, and my doctor listened to my symptoms and provided the referrals I needed for specialist care. No major wait time either nor did I have any issue picking up medication. And my blood draw was quick as well. I really think most of the one star reviews are people venting their frustrations over things that are probably out of the control of the clinic, such as not confirming your appointment before you show (you can just call them, no need to wait). If you're reading this feeling worried about the other reviews, my experience is that you need not worry.

Today April 20th, 2026 I received a very nice help from Jackeline. She was courteous and her attitude was positive giving the information and help that I need. This place has improved a lot from my last visit. Congrats
